Hit the super-yacht industry running, with more than the minimum requirements, this 7 day residential yacht crew training course runs every 2 weeks and will enable you to work on a superyacht as a steward, stewardess, deckhand, operate the tender and use the VHF radio to communicate between tender and yacht.

STCW BST Course
Powerboat Licence
VHF Radio Licence.

Courses are 7 days, Monday to Sunday, 0845 to 1700 every week.

Included: RYA Powerboat Level 2

The silver course includes the RYA Powerboat level 2 course so you can operate a small tender between the yacht and the shore when at anchor.

Included: VHF Radio Licence

Super-yacht Captains prefer crew who have their VHF Radio Licence so you can use the hand held and ships radio legally. This course and exam is included in your Silver Package.

Accommodation Available

If required we can provide amazing value accommodation for your Silver course onboard the Allabroad yachts moored in the heart of the vibrant Ocean Village Yachting Resort Gibraltar.

Oportunities

Completion of the Super-Yacht Crew Silver Package grants you access to jobs such as steward, stewardess, deckhand or a mixed role ´deck-stew´ for example with an average salary of £30k to £50k.

Accreditation

Allabroad is both a UK Maritime & Coastguard Agency and Royal yachting Association accredited course provider. All the courses in this package are certified and accepted internationally.

UK MCA Accredited Course Provider

Your Certification will be well respected in the global yachting industry. As a subsidiary executive agency of the UK Department for Transport, the MCA is responsible for the syllabus and training standards for ships' officers and crew to the STCW requirements. Allabroad is an MCA accredited course provider.

Royal Yachting Association Accredited

Included in the Silver package are the Powerboat Level 2 course, and the VHF Radio course with operators licence. Both these courses are official certified courses endorsed by the UK RYA and recognised internationally. Allabroad is a recognised RYA Course provider.
