Course Description
The RYA Powerboat level 2 course is a 2 day course delivered in Gibraltar
The course is aimed at anyone and no previous experience is required.
The RYA Powerboat level 2 course is becoming ever more popular due mostly to an increase in small boat sales.
The course is delivered in the Bay of Gibraltar and this is an ideal training ground with great shelter. This means we have very few missed courses due to bad weather.
Please note we run this 2 day course 3 times a week, every week but please book in advance.

The 2 day course is a mix of theory and practical elements and is limited to a maximum of 3 learners per boat.

- Boat Handling under power
- Man overboard recovery
- Basic navigation

- Max 3 learners per boat
Upon successful completion of this course you will be issued with you RYA powerboat level 2 licence, this is essentially your boat driving licence for vessels under 10 meters.

Course places tend to fill up quickly so please do get in touch well in advance if possible. If you are local to Gibraltar you are welcome to visit the reception in Ocean Village.
