The RYA Day Skipper Practical course is for those who have already achieved the RYA Day Skipper Theory course, either by shore-based study but more often via our advanced fully interactive Online Theory Day Skipper course

 By the end of the course, you will have sufficient knowledge to skipper a small yacht in familiar waters by day. You may apply for an ICC once you've achieved this certificate depending upon nationality or residence. The RYA Day Skipper course is a minimum qualification requirement for many charter companies. If you would like to Bareboat charter then you will need at least your RYA Day Skipper course. We are offering our courses now on brand new Jeanneau 389's these are the latest model 2016 literally brand new! The Day Skipper Practical  course is a 5 day course, 5 nights accommodation, breakfasts, lunches and 3 evening meals are included, starting every Sunday at 1800.  The course is aimed at beginners with some sailing experience, preferably to competent crew level and those with their Day Skipper theory or equivalent knowledge. What better place to experience Yachting for the first time.  Your instructor will introduce you to yachting in a safe and enjoyable manner, there are never any more than 4 students to a yacht. We also offer whole boat with private instruction for groups.
